Zemljište nije obrađivano već dugo godina, a teren je dosta ravan i ima pristup na javni put. Prema prostornom planu zemljište se nalazi u zoni P – vrijedno obradivo tlo. Dieses Grundstück ist über eine Straße erreichbar, die sich von der Hauptstraße Ston - Orebić trennt.
