Der Olivenhain liegt auf einem gut besonnten und leicht zugänglichen Gelände, und auf dem Olivenhain steht ein Steinpoller (Bunja) als kleineres Gebäude aus Stein, mit kreisförmigem Grundriss und konischem Dach, errichtet ohne Bindemittel ( Trockenbau), zum Schutz vor Stürmen und zur Lagerung. Auf dem Grundstück steht auch ein 5x3 m großes Betonhaus für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke. Bei minimalem Wartungsaufwand schwankt die jährliche Ernte zwischen 3.000 und 7.000 kg Oliven. Hauptgrund für den Verkauf ist Zeitmangel. Das Grundstück ist über eine Straße erreichbar, die mit der Hauptstraße verbunden ist und nur 3 km von der Hauptstraße entfernt liegt (ein Teil der Straße ist provisorisch).
