Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Grundstück von 196 m2 und die Gesamtwohnfläche beträgt 172 m2.
Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über das Erdgeschoss und 2 Etagen, verfügt über einen Swimmingpool mit Liegewiese, einen kleinen Innenhof und einen Parkplatz. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, alli wurde so gebaut, dass absolute Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist.
Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche und einem Esszimmer, einer kleinen Toilette und einem Abstellraum. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man in den Außenbereich, wo sich ein beheizter Swimmingpool mit großem Wasserfall für Massagen, eine Liegewiese und ein Grill befinden. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auch in einen kleineren Innenhof, der komplett umzäunt ist und absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre bietet.
Die Etagen des Hauses sind durch interne Steintreppen verbunden. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, und zwischen den Zimmern befindet sich ein Balkon, so dass jedes Schlafzimmer Zugang zum Balkon hat. Auf dieser Etage, vor den Zimmern, gibt es auch einen kleinen Flur mit Sofa und Fernseher.
Außerdem gibt es im 2. Stock 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Ein Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse von 30 m2.
Das gesamte Haus ist voll klimatisiert, möbliert und ausgestattet.
Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert. Die Sanierung dauerte ca. 2 Jahre und bei der Sanierung wurde darauf geachtet, dass alle denkmalpflegerischen Auflagen eingehalten wurden. Der alte Stein, der vor der Rückgabe bearbeitet wurde, ist vollständig erhalten.
