Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem großen Grundstück mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1750 m2, wobei sich eine Wohnfläche von 262 m2 über eine Etage erstreckt.
Es besteht aus einer Eingangshalle, einer Sauna, einem Gäste-WC und betritt einen großen "offenen Raum", in dem sich die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer befinden. Dieser ganze Raum ist mit Glaswänden verglast und führt direkt zum Pool, und in einem Teil gibt es einen Raum mit Jacuzzi.

Das Haus wurde 2018 gebaut, wobei jedes Detail berücksichtigt wurde. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und mit handgefertigten Möbeln eingerichtet und eignet sich sehr gut zum ganzjährigen Wohnen. Das ganze Haus hat Fußbodenheizung und ist klimatisiert und durch seine Ausrichtung im Winter voller Tageslicht und Wärme.
Es ist so ausgerichtet, dass alle Zimmer einen Blick und Zugang zum Pool haben und andererseits jedes Zimmer seine eigene Privatsphäre hat.
Der beheizte Pool hat eine Gesamtfläche von 56 m2 mit großem Sonnendeck. Am Eingang gibt es einen gepflasterten Parkplatz für 4 Autos.
