Ukupna površina zemljišta je 1200 m2, a prema prostornom planu uređenja Općine Postira, zemljište se nalazi unutar građevinskog područja naselja mješovite, pretežito stambene namjene te je predviđena izgradnja stambeno - poslovne građevine.
