Das Anwesen hat auch 1 Wohnung von 50 m2 mit einer großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Grün und den Pool. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer modernen Küche und einem Badezimmer.
Die bestehende Grundrissfläche beträgt 700 m2, - es besitzt ca. 4000 m2 Land, es besteht die Möglichkeit, die umliegenden Flächen von der Gemeindeverwaltung zu mieten.

Es gibt auch ein Projekt zur Erweiterung der Unterkunftskapazität für einige zusätzliche Suiten oder Ferienhäuser sowie die Möglichkeit eines Kongresssaals, einer Sauna, eines Fitnessraums und eines Büros.
