Trenutno je u izgradnji gradska kanalizacija, gradski vodovod postoji ali nije priključeno zbog postojanja vlastitog bunara. Plinska mreža je u planu grada Pleternice (trenutno ne postoji)
Grijanje kuće je pomoću etažnog centralnog grijanja na drva.
Kuća se u naravi sastoji od hodnika, komfornog dnevnog boravka zajedno sa kuhinjom, veće spavaće sobe za roditelje te još dvije manje sobe koje su dječje sobe, kupaonice, ostave (špajza) i još jedne ostave ispod stepenica za kat (tavan).
Sav navedeni stambeni prostor se nalazi u prizemlju kuće.
U kući postoji centralno grijanje sa etažnom peći na drva, u svakoj sobi su radijatori „Lipovica“, te je samo grijanje jako učinkovito i financijski povoljno obzirom na utrošak drva i odličnu termoizolaciju same kuće (stiropor fasada 5 cm, odlično izoliran strop Novoterm 14 cm). Građevna stolarija je drvena ( izo staklo ), odličnih svojstava i izgleda, osim u kupaonici, gdje je PVC samo zbog povećane vlage same kupaonice).
Kuća ima razvedenu struju prema pravilima struke te je instalacija prije samog priključenja pregledana od ovlaštenog inženjera iz HEP-a. Postoji uklopni sat i dvotarifno brojilo.
Zaštita je izvedena postupkom nulovanja.
Cijela kuća je je armirano betonska konstrukcija sa zidovima od modularne blok opeke MB-3 zidana na 30 cm vanjski i nosivi središnji zid. Zidovi su žbukani vapneno cementnom žbukom.
Krovište kuće je izvedeno dvostrešnim krovom pri čemu je korištena građa jela/smreka iz Gorskog kotara. Rogovi su 10/14, nazidnice 14/16, vjenčanice 18/22 cm, svaki par rogova je povezan tzv. dvojim kliještima sa vijcima. Sam pokrov je glineni crijep. Građevinska limarija je pocinčana.
Podovi: U kuhinji je linoleum, u boravku drveni masivni jela/smreka pod, u svim ostalim sobama su laminati za stambene prostore, hodnik su pločice.
Ulazna vrata su unikatni ručni rad sa vrlo zanimljivim izgledom, kovanim okovima i protuprovalnom bravom.
U kući nema pojave vlage, plijesni niti neugodnih mirisa.
Kuća se prodaje sa svim namještajem ( bez osobnih stvari ).
Tavanski prostor nije nikad uređivan ali je predviđen za moguće uređenje (provedena voda, struja i telefon). Trenutno je tavanski pod obložen sa staklenom vunom 14 cm i postavljene su daske da se po tavanu može hodati.
