The company was founded in 2003 in Dubrovnik and has extensive business experience and professional leadership in mediation in the sale of real estate.

We offer mediation services in the purchase and sale of apartments, houses, villas, construction and agricultural land and business premises, assessment of the current market value of real estate, legal services and tax consulting.
From the services related to finance, we single out accounting - bookkeeping, financial consulting, preparation of energy certificate, while in construction, in cooperation with our partners, we can offer design, construction, supervision in construction, as well as the preparation of cost estimates. Registration and opening of new companies is only one segment of the legal services offer. Through the intermediary contractual obligation, we enable the buyer and seller to come into contact in order to conclude a legal transaction, and we acquaint the buyer and seller with all legal and tax obligations arising from the purchase and sale of real estate.
In coordination and cooperation with the law and notary office, certified architects, surveyors, civil engineers and tax advisors, we offer you security in business. We represent domestic and foreign natural and legal persons in the domestic and foreign markets and cooperate with several foreign agencies and agencies in Croatia. For foreign partners and clients, we translate all the necessary documents into English, German, French and Russian.
