Poslovni prostor opremljen je najmodernijom i najluksuznijom opremom po najnovijim tredovima u arhitekturi, a kompletan namještaj je AV collection 2022. Pod je obložen mramorom u djelu prijemene recepcije, a u preostalom djelu na podu je parket masiv hrast, prve klase postavljen po shemi "francuski vez". U prostoru je razvučena IT mreža, postavljen je alarmni sustav, čitav prostor je klimatiziran. Posebna pažnja posvećena je "full" LED rasvjeti prostora koja uz prirodno svjetlo, kojeg ima jako mnogo, daje jednu vrlo ugodnu radnu atmosferu. Sve radne sobe imaju ugrađene ormare koji su obloženi ogledalima što također dodatno prostor čini vrlo svjetlim i zračnim, te mu daje notu ekskluzivnosti.
Poslovni prostor sastoji se od ulazne recepcije s čekaonicom za stranke, sanitarnim čvorom za stranke, te od tuda ide desno krilo prostora u kojem su smješteni kuhinja s blagovaonicom koja ima izlaz na balkon, dva sanitarna čvora, muški i ženski, te jedan ured sa dva radna mjesta koji također ima izlaz na balkon koji je orjentiran na jugozapad. U lijevom krilu nalazi se pet soba u nizu, prva soba ima pet radnih mjesta, u drugoj sobi je jedno radno mjesto, u trećoj sobi su dva radna mjesta, četvrta soba je soba za sastanke, nalazi se na uglovnici prostora s pogledom na Cvjetni trg i Gornji grad, peta soba je soba za direktora koja je direktno povezana sa sobom za sastanke i lounge kutkom za druženje gdje se nalazi bar i pomoćna kuhinja.
Grijanje u prostoru je na dva načina; grijanje na plin (centralno etažno) putem radijatora, te na struju putem ugrađenih stropnih klima uređaja, a u predjelu prijemne recepcije gdje je na podu mramor i u svim toaletima je strujno podno grijanje.

The luxurious office space of 250 m2 was completely adapted and completed in 2022. The adaptations were structurally comprehensive and according to the latest technological construction standards;
- constructive renovation and stiffening of all walls and floors, all load-bearing walls were injected and additionally stiffened with carbon nets
- volcanic granule floors, double osb board in a cross, where there is marble and ceramics - new board with glaze
- completely new electrical installation
- new distribution of water distribution and sewerage system
- new heating and cooling system of the highest quality
- all walls, finishing coating on the substructure with a double Knauf panel, sound and thermal insulation in the space between the structure and the final layer of Knauf
- new replica of wooden custom exterior joinery, with glass (sound block) with electric blinds
- interior joinery wooden replica, all new
- on the floors, the parquet is oak, chevron, the highest quality 20mm
- gypsum stucco, handmade according to the model of the historical period
The office space is equipped with the most modern and luxurious equipment according to the latest trends in architecture, and the complete furniture is from the AV collection 2022. The floor is covered with marble in the part of the reception area, and in the remaining part of the floor there is solid oak parquet, first class, laid according to the "French embroidery" scheme. An IT network has been laid out in the space, an alarm system has been installed, and the entire space is air-conditioned. Special attention is paid to the "full" LED lighting of the space, which together with natural light, of which there is a lot, provides a very pleasant working atmosphere. All study rooms have built-in wardrobes lined with mirrors, which also makes the space very bright and airy, and gives it a touch of exclusivity.
The office space consists of an entrance reception with lounge for clinets, a sanitary unit for clients, and from there the right wing of the space leads to the kitchen with a dining room that has access to the balcony, two sanitary units, men's and women's, and an office with two workplace that also has an exit to the balcony, which is oriented to the southwest. In the left wing there are five rooms in a row, the first room has five workplaces, the second room has one workplace, the third room has two workplaces, the fourth room is a meeting room, it is located on the corner of the space with a view of Cvjetni trg and Gornji grad, the fifth room is the director's room, which is directly connected to the meeting room and the lounge corner for entertainment, where there is a bar and auxiliary kitchen.
There are two ways to heat the space; gas heating (central level) via radiators, and electricity via built-in ceiling air conditioners, and in the reception area where the floor is marble and in all toilets there is electric underfloor heating.
